Trip to Pizzo and Dinner

Pizzo Calabro’s appeal lies not only in its stunning beaches, such as Colamaio in the Gulf of Sant’Eufemia and Pizzo Marina, but also in its hidden architectural treasures. The small church at Piedigrotta beach, carved into the bare rock, and the Aragonese Castle, offering breathtaking views, are just a few examples of the area’s rare beauty.

The historic centre of Pizzo Calabro invites you to step back in time, wandering through narrow alleys and discovering hidden corners at a leisurely pace. As for the palate, it is indulged with Calabrian delicacies, including the village’s signature treat: Tartufo di Pizzo, a handcrafted ice cream shaped like a hemisphere, concealing a rich core of melted dark chocolate.

Trip to Costa degli Dei

Itinerary

Pass By: Grotta dello Scheletro o grotta Bianca.

Stop At: Riaci Bay; We will meet the famous Riaci rock and tell a story of the First World War with its beautiful caves created by 2 torpedoes fired from a warship.

Duration: 30 minutes

Pass By: Formicoli; We will pass by the rocks of the “Formiche” and we will see the most important Roman port of the Roman Empire: Forum Erculis

Pass By: Praia di Fuoco; We will circumnavigate the three beaches of Praia di Focu, and we will meet the rock of Mantineo and the Cave of Love.

Stop At: Grotticelle Bay; The famous Bay of Caves will amaze you with its white sand seabed where we will bathe among many fish. After the swim, the Blue Ocean aperitif will be served.

Stop At: Tropea Beach; You will take the most beautiful photo of Tropea seen from the sea, we will also stop to swim in front of the Grotta del Palombo and the beaches of the Rotonda.
